Our Policy on Digital Goods
Due to the nature of digital downloads, **all sales are final**. Once a file has been accessed or downloaded, we cannot "take it back," and therefore cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Eligibility for Refunds:
We only issue refunds under the following strictly defined circumstances:
- Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same digital item twice in the same transaction.
- Technical Defect: The file provided is corrupted or does not match the description (and our technical team cannot provide a working replacement).
- Non-Delivery: You did not receive a download link within 24 hours of purchase (and we are unable to resolve the issue). </ol>

If you experience a technical issue with your HD Master, please contact D.B. Roche directly at [wolf@sgmawlf.com] with your Order ID. We aim to resolve all technical disputes within 48 hours.
