Intellectual Property & Usage License

When you purchase a digital release from SGMAWLF, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

• Prohibited Actions: You may not redistribute, resell, lease, or sub-license the audio or video files.
• No Derivative Works: Sampling or remixing these masters for commercial release requires explicit written consent from D.B. Roche.
• Watermarking: We reserve the right to use digital forensic watermarking to trace the origin of unauthorized leaks.
